    About Hope:

I am married to a sped teacher. Combined we have raised 5 strong young men. No grandchildren yet. Most of our family is in CA. We are pretty quiet and enjoy being home, cooking, reading, watching football and wandering around San Diego’s many attractions. I enjoy reading and researching all things child development and early childhood education. The field is always evolving and I enjoy keeping up to date. I enjoy visiting with our adult children navigating life. Some friends say I’m quiet & observant others would say I’m sweet & funny. I’d say I just a lady that enjoys being around the young people.

    In My Own Words

I am a mature, responsible and reliable semi retired daycare Director. I’ve worked YMCA, Boys n Girls Club, School Districts, KinderCare as well as private families. I have been working with a family since 2018. I started when G was 4 months old, her brother arrived in 2020. I worked with them daily until they started preschool at 3 years old. Now I work for them as needed. I was also a foster mom for 6 years to children newborn to two years old.
