Parents should order a nanny personality assessment as part of their pre-employment screening. Once a family finds a nanny they wish to hire it is time to order a personality profile and ask the potential nanny to complete it. Once the online personality profile is complete the report will come through and support you in the selection process. Then a job offer can be made.

How long does a personality assessment take?

It normally takes between 15 to 20 minutes to complete and the results of a personality profile are delivered within minutes, however completion time can vary depending on the candidate and their availability.
