Playful Caregiver Needed for Outdoor Excursions

We have a lovely kid who is self-assured, a strong communicator, and interested in interactive play. As my spouse and I work from home, we would love to set him up with a caregiver who can assist in keeping Theo safe and entertained while we work. Hours would be Monday through Friday approximately 4-6 hours a day (you can select hours between 8am and 5pm). The duties would be getting him out the door for adventures at the nearby parks, keeping him moderately entertained indoors say during conference calls, and making sure learning & healthy habits are integrated in the fun. We are looking to pay a reliable, educated caregiver $20-$30 per hour depending on certifications, experience, and services offered.
