Babysitter/nanny

Looking for a caregiver for my 2 children, both under the age of 3. Im hoping to find someone kind, patient, and empathetic. Our oldest is currently being tested for autism, and she needs someone with lots of patience and understanding. Our youngest is still a baby and needs to be watched, cared for, and played with. Our hours tend to change due to our work schedules and we're hoping to find someone with flexibility because of that.
